Property platform roots
Eris traces its history to RMB Properties and the earlier property-management platform.
2008
Eris Property Group formed
Eris Property Group was formed on 1 July 2008.
2019
Student platform established
Eris records the establishment of SASAII and RISE Student Living in 2019.
2020
Units on Park intake
The first RISE-branded student residence welcomed students in Hatfield.
2024–27
National scale-up
New residences opened in Braamfontein and Cape Town, followed by Kimberley and a 2027 pipeline.
